Terms & refunds

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Jolly Party Games. Last updated October 17, 2026.

1. Seller

Røsnes Consulting, org. no. 937976445, Sars' gate 54, 0564 Oslo, Norway. Email: support@jollypartygames.com. Not VAT registered in Norway. Jolly Party Games is a trading name of Røsnes Consulting, Norway.

2. The products

Each product is a digital download of one or more PDF files with printable party games. The product page lists the files, paper sizes and page counts. Nothing is shipped.

3. Personal use license

You may print as many copies as you like for your own parties, family gatherings, classrooms and office events. You may not resell, share, give away or upload the files or their pages, or use them in products you sell. All rights remain with the seller.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars on the product page. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, Payhip; we do not see or store your card details. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Delivery

The download is available immediately after payment is completed.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in Norway and the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has started if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you will be asked for this consent. If you do not consent, you cannot complete the purchase.

7. Refunds

Because the files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once they have been downloaded. If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, please email us and we will help you. Depending on the problem, we will send you a corrected file or, where necessary, give you a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

8. Liability

The games are provided for entertainment. Please use common sense with the activities (for example supervise younger children and avoid small items for children under 8). To the extent the law allows, our liability is restricted to the price you paid.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence. Please contact us first (support@jollypartygames.com). You can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
